Business Source Complete The only source for the full text of the Harvard Business Review, includes the full text of major journals in most management disciplines. Full text of journals such as Operations & Fulfillment, Operations Research & Decisions, Quality, Supply Change Management Review and more. ABI Inform, a competitor, also should be consulted.

Econlit contains bibliographic references and some abstracts for journal articles, books, articles in collective volumes and dissertations. It also contains the bibliographic database Abstracts of Working Papers in Economics, produced by Cambridge University Press. Contains journals such as the International Journal of Production Economics that are not available in other periodical indexes.

Social Science Citation Index, Scopus and Google Scholar can be used to track where an article has been cited. See also the SSL Google Scholar Tutorial.

MathSciNet(mathematical reviews on the web), INSPEC and Compendex (combined search), and ACM (Association of Computing Machinery Digital Library), contain articles on most aspects of operations management from a scientific/engineering point of view. Orbis (Yale’s online catalog) Choose online books from the Quick Limits box under the Search box, and search for key words such as supply chain.

Safari Tech Books Online a collection of electronic reference books on programming and information technology.

Access Science: The Online Encyclopedia of Science Use for topics such as an introduction to simulation modeling.

Kirk Othmer Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology A comprehensive reference work on applied chemical science. Articles in this encyclopedia cover methods and materials, as well as the latest scientific advances in a wide range of chemical subject areas. Excellent source for topics such as manufacturing plastics.
